3. Bookings and Payments

  • Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on property size, condition, and specific requirements.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept bank transfer.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to bookings.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or extreme weather.

  • Clients must provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables and notifying us of any fragile or delicate items.

  • We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special care.

  • Pets should be secured during cleaning appointments.

6. Health and Safety

  • MM Housekeeping Ltd staff are trained in safe cleaning practices and use approved cleaning products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose a health or safety risk.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • We are fully insured for public liability and employer liability.

  • While we take every care, MM Housekeeping Ltd is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Access to Property

  • If access cannot be gained at the agreed time, the full service fee may still apply.

  • Clients may provide a key or access code; keys are handled securely and only by authorised staff.

9. Guarantee and Complaints
